Nick is a native of the area and a top-producing, second-generation Realtor with deep local-market knowledge and a true love of the communities which comprise the “Mid Peninsula” (the towns and cities which dot the San Francisco Bay Area on the Peninsula from Mountain View on up to San Mateo).
For almost two decades, he’s advised clients in down markets and hot markets, while offering no-excuses performance with personal service. Nick considers the greatest value he offers his clients to be serving as a fiduciary, always putting their financial interests first–with transparency and avoidance of conflicts of interest. He believes in a skillful, communicative and business-based approach to real estate, along with an unwavering commitment to deliver ethical, exceptional service and expertise.
Forward-thinking real estate powerhouse Pacific Union International’s innovative approach to real estate enables Nick to provide a higher degree of service then ever before. For the last 40 years, Pacific Union has been setting the standard for Bay Area real estate by delivering remarkable service to clients at every price point. As a result, last year Pacific Union closed over $6.7 billion in sales (far outpacing even the nearest competitor) and this year was included in the Inc. 5000 list, which ranks the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. based on the previous three years’ revenue growth.
Nick grew up and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area all of his life, in many of the cities on the Peninsula—he cares about this ever-evolving area and feels grateful to have grown up here. He know what it’s like to live here as a young and single guy, then married, and now as a family with kids. Nick can personally relate to his clients’ real estate needs from experience.
